portal, our role at Canoe.ca is to drive the business planning and
accountability for the key business performance indicators for Canoe’s English
and French information verticals. We are responsible for increasing the
profitability of existing products and developing new products, through
collaboration with editorial, sales, marketing, design and tech.

Responsibilities: Honeycomb Worldwide Inc. provides
both physical and online conferences for executives all over the world. My role
allowed me to create world-class content, lead a diverse team of Editors,
Developers and Product Managers, learn about and implement new technologies
(Webinars, podcasting, rss, etc.), and gain
experience with entrepreneurship (strategic alliances, staffing). I was
responsible for overseeing all operations and production of print materials and
online content—editorial, marketing and PR. With the CEO, I developed business
plan for two start-up companies—Xtalks (profiled
in the London Times) and The Advantage Board.
